Due to ongoing expansion of our high performing project management team, we are looking for an ambitious Project Provisioning Coordinator.
With an eye firmly on process and detail you will be responsible for the validation and management of allocated projects and cases as well as daily management of the team inbox, management of project provisioning queries and change requests and completing ad hoc internal projects as required.
Key accountabilities for this role include:
Managing and implementing changes for customer’s managed services according to SLA’s
Co-ordination of projects implementing Network Services
Managing group email inbox
Maintaining effective communication with all customers/suppliers and partners
Ensure good knowledge of all supplier portals and communication processes
What we need from you?
Skills and Attributes
We are looking for a self-starter with a can-do attitude, who ideally has a minimum of 1 years experience within telecoms and/or customer services.
You will be PC literate using Microsoft Office and preferably have had some exposure to databases. With strong communication skills both written and verbal you will be someone who can work both in a team and autonomously.
